I'm a licensed therapist based in California, I help thoughtful, high-achieving adults in the Bay Area and California get unstuck from anxiety, chronic stress, and recurring negative thoughts using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — a structured, practical, science-backed approach that creates real change in how you think, act, and feel.

My fees are comparable to other therapists in the Bay Area. We can discuss a fee structure in our initial intake call.

I currently take the insurance associated with UC Berkeley.
Out of network superbills can be made available to those with other coverage.

Outside of medical emergencies, I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance of our scheduled appointment time.

At this time sessions are conducted both in person and by phone or video. I offer once a week 50 minute appointments.
