Hi, I’m glad you’re here
I'm a licensed therapist based in California, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck in negative thought patterns, or simply seeking tools to better manage your mental health, CBT offers practical, evidence-based strategies to create meaningful change.
In therapy, we'll work together to understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and develop skills that support your goals, values, and well-being. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
